Last week I had to get a customer with our company. The clien advised us that the only way he would continue with our services if we could get his site migrated from his current shared hosting service to a dedicated server at a colocation facility. We looked everywhere in the search engines. Fortunately, we were able to find Wanplanet.com. All of the other providers told us they could try to provide us with a dedicated server in 48 hours but it was not guaranteed plus the cost would be at some redicously priced.

After we elimated the worst all of our choices, we had two providers at the end. One of which was wanplanet. Wanplanet proposed that they will have a server ready for us in 4 hours whether we choose to go with them or not. After three and a half hours Tony, one of their sales representatives called to say the server has been racked and installed. Even Red Hat had already been installed and configured with three IPs. We called the other provider and they told us that it would be another 3 hours before they could get a technician to the datacenter to install the hardware and it would be another two hours to install the operating system. At the momment, we called Wanplanet back and thank them for their quick response to this situation. Since then, our company has been using their services and we have not had any complaints.
